Dr. Melaxin real vs fake on Amazon: who's actually selling it?
Last checked September 2026 (Amazon US)
The brand-operated Amazon account I could confirm is Dr.Melaxin_Official (seller ID A1G1ZODK24TIG9). Paste your listing below to check its current sellers.
Check your listing
Paste the Amazon link (or just the ASIN). It shows who's selling it, whether Dr.Melaxin_Official is one of them, and a link to the official offer.
Or try one of these. The notes on each card describe my September 2026 check, not the current default seller.
I kept seeing people ask whether the Dr. Melaxin they got from Amazon was fake, so I went through the listings myself. Dr.Melaxin is a real Korean brand, operated by BRAND501 CORP. in Seoul.
If “Sold by” names a different account, that account is not the brand-operated store I confirmed. I checked seller IDs and business names, because a store name alone is not proof of who runs it.
What I found (September 2026)
I looked at the top 30 Dr. Melaxin listings in Amazon search, with shipping set to New York. Dr.Melaxin_Official was selling all 30, and its seller feedback is 83% positive, 2,316 ratings. 14 of the listings also had other sellers on them, 9 different reseller accounts in total.
When I checked in September 2026, the default “Add to Cart” went to a reseller on 4 listings: TXA Tranexamic Acid CREAM, Eyephalt Under Eye Cream, BP Spicule Plumping Lip Shot Maxi and Cemenrete Calcium Ampoule Plus. If you just hit Add to Cart on those, you're not buying from the brand. The official offer is still there, under “Other sellers on Amazon”.
This changes all the time, so if you want to be sure, paste your own link above.
How to check it yourself on Amazon
- Look for “Sold by” under the price. You want to see Dr.Melaxin_Official.
- Click that name and scroll down to Detailed Seller Information. The business name should be BRAND501 CORP.
- If it's someone else, open “Other sellers on Amazon” and pick Dr.Melaxin_Official there.
- A price way below the official one, or a seller with hardly any ratings, is a red flag.
Where I'd buy it
Honestly, the easiest is the brand's own Amazon store, Dr.Melaxin_Official. It's the one place I could actually confirm is run by the brand.
Questions people ask
Is Dr. Melaxin legit?
The brand is real. It's a Korean company, BRAND501 CORP., based in Seoul, and it runs its own Amazon store (Dr.Melaxin_Official). Whether the products actually work for your skin is a different question, and not something this page tries to answer. This is only about who's selling it.
Where is Dr. Melaxin from?
Dr. Melaxin is a Korean brand. The company behind it, BRAND501 CORP., is based in Seoul, and the brand-operated Amazon account I could confirm is Dr.Melaxin_Official.
How do I know if my Dr. Melaxin from Amazon is real?
Check who it was sold by. The official seller is Dr.Melaxin_Official (seller ID A1G1ZODK24TIG9), and its seller profile shows the business name BRAND501 CORP. Anyone else is a reseller. iHerb is kind of an in-between case: not the brand, but they say they source from the brand or an authorized distributor. You can also just paste the link in the checker above.
Is Dr. Melaxin on Amazon legit?
Yes, if you're buying from Dr.Melaxin_Official. When I checked in September 2026, 14 of 30 listings also had resellers, and on 4 of them a reseller was the default seller. So it's worth a quick look before you click Add to Cart.
Are resellers selling fake Dr. Melaxin?
Not necessarily. Plenty of resellers sell the real thing. The problem is you can't know where their stock came from, how old it is or how it was stored. Buying from the official seller just takes that guesswork out.
Which Dr. Melaxin website is the real one?
Honestly, I'm not sure. The address I had on file (drmelaxinbeauty.com) didn't load when I tried in September 2026, so I can't point you to a website I'm confident about. The one channel I could confirm is their Amazon store, Dr.Melaxin_Official. If a site asks you to pay and you're not sure it's theirs, I'd skip it.
Heads up: the Amazon links here are affiliate links, so I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It doesn't change which seller I show as official. I put this together from public brand pages and Amazon seller profiles, so there could be mistakes. It can't promise that a product is 100% genuine, but it should help you avoid buying fakes as much as possible.
